HarriCyn Athletics Special Event Rentals

HCA provides an active and fun environment for your special event. We offer a rental space of approximately 4800 square feet, including a party room, as well as the gym area.

Building A has a 42’ x 54’ springboard floor, a 40’ tumble track, traverse rock wall, and a 20’ x 30’ party room. The party room is set up with 3 long rectangular tables, 1 card table, and 25 chairs. A flat screen TV, with a DVD player, are available. Building A has air conditioning, as well as a heating system. :) All mats and gym equipment in Building A are available to use during party rentals. HCA also sets up age appropriate equipment for rentals. (For example: for toddler parties, items such as the hopscotch mat and parachute are placed out to use.)

*HCA Provides all Clean Up

*$160 - Classic Party

*$160 - Nerf Party (Family supplies own nerf guns. Barriers, team bandanas, and safety glasses are provided.)

*$225 - Glow Party (Includes glow lights, glowsticks for up to 25 guests, glow toys/balloons to play with.)

(*Each child over the initial 25, will be charged $5 per person.)

*Families will be allowed to enter the facility 20 minutes prior to their party time, in order to set up their cake and any décor.

You may bring in your own food, drinks, and/or paper products, as long as these items remain in the designated table areas in the building.
